Quick response time and available to answer questions as they came up. Explained everything before having us sign anything. I was able to contact almost anytime during the day. The loan application was made so easy for us!

USA Mortgage and specifically Brandon Barnes were a good fit for me. Brandon was very patient and pleasant as he explained the process and details to me. Brandon was thorough in his communications, polite, and respectful.
