If you don’t have money to put down, don’t have a good credit score, or anything, he can help you. He helped me and my S/O close on a house and we had hardly any money to put down.
He was patient with us. We had no closing cost. We also got received money back. I can’t wait to move into the new house we bought. It’s going to be so fun!
