Jack was very friendly and patient when I had concerns about some of the aspects of finance. I trusted Jack and felt very comfortable doing business with him.
The entire process with Mr. Felts was awful. I'm just glad it's over.

Jack was friendly and professional. He got me through the process in todays tough economy when no one else could.
What made my experience GREAT was when I was able to move into my new house!!! Process was a bit more intense than I expected but I would go to Jack in the future if I ever thought of buying another house.
Jack was very helpful!
Mr. Felts was always quick to respond to all of our questions, went above and beyond with his service, made it a simple process and was very knowledgeable about the type of service he provides.
