The reason I’d gave an OK because the loan paperwork should have been locked in on a Friday instead of Monday. The interest rate went from 3.1 to 3.3 the difference in payment is between $75-$85.

Thanks for the review, Ahn. I am genuinely sorry we didn't get that locked in as quickly as you would have liked. However, I am thankful you mentioned your rate in your review! Fairway still has rates I'm proud to see posted publicly, especially in light of our current rising rate market.
