Thank you for your feedback, wanted to do some digging to find out what happened here, as certainly that is now what we are shooting for! We believe this may be related to the preliminary CD that was received, and then a final one. We understood the need to get figures ASAP, but at that time the title company did not have a final CD yet, so we sent a preliminary one. The closing costs all came in less than our original breakdown, which is normal, but I am sorry if the process was rushed or not clear - we will work to get better, thank you again!
