I've called your service center and they told me to go to a branch where the branch would help me set up a user name and account number. I took my time and went to the McLean VA Branch and was told they can't help me. Gary said he can't help...

There was clearly a breakdown in communication among the staff. Very stressful situation towards the end with lots of last minute requests that were unreasonable and should have been requested earlier or the info had already been submitted.
