Mason Smith was an absolute super star, he went above and beyond to help me in my house buying process. He was available and knowledgeable consultant through out the process, and did so in a kind, respectful, and professional manner.

The transaction was great because a couple of the local lenders told me they wouldn't be able to help us. We didn't work directly with Fadi but his team that I worked with did a great job and kept me updated along the way.

There was a significant employee transition during our experience with the lending company and we were challenged by this shift in leadership for our case.

I'd like to clarify that our experience was excellent with Mazie Rudd, but communication completely stalled when she left Premier Lending. Our new lending officer never once reached out to us at the end of closing.
