Honestly, I didn't deal directly with Eric much, because my son & daughter-in-law were the ones who were in charge of the finances & negotiations. I did communicate with his staff & office team, and found them amiable & wonderfully helpful.
Eric and his entire team are the best. Refinanced twice with Eric and the experience and professionalism was the best.
