There was good communication throughout the process. I believe my buyer felt very comfortable and was able to reach out with questions.

Eric answered every silly and mundane question I had. He made this process easy and quick! I highly recommend Eric - he really takes a personal interest in you and helps every single step of the way. Many would just pass you off to the next...
