Initially I didn't work with doug but with John Jordan, I had an initial estimate of cash due of 24k, that then got reduced to 17k. Whenever doug took over it became 14k and eventually 13.5k. Due to the large discrepancy I asked for clarification...

Doug was very professional, friendly, and responsive and was a pleasure to work with.
