    Personal customer service not automatic emails. Talk to customers of expectations don't demand now, especially when you have the wrong closing date, two weeks early.

    As stated previously, arrogance was felt repeatedly. We felt bullied, talked down to, and belittled that we did not matter. Times those communications felt like threats.

    Derrick got me approved and closed within 30 days, which is unheard of in this crazy market! I’d recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a home, and already have to family and friends !
