Derek was friendly, personable, and very patient through the whole process. He made himself avaliable to answer even the most mundane questions I may have had. Took the time to explain things that weren't so clear to me. Great experience.

Derek was so personal and explained everything to me along the way. He was great with his communication and just made the lender side of my house purchase smooth.

Derek did a great job communicating complex concepts in simple terms for us new time home buyers to understand. He seemed very knowledgeable and we were confident he was taking care of us. He was also super nice and great to work with.
