As a sales professional myself, I was extremely impressed with Ryun's responsiveness and knowledge when it came to my loan process. Throughout the whole 6+ month process Ryun made himself available and was never overbearing with follow up.

Overall, it was fine, but I got the impression that there was a lack of communication across the team. I had to call to get clarification on some things and what I was told them contradicted what I was told later.
