I missed the closing date although it was assured that everything is on the right path and had a stressful time trying to communicate with NAF to resolve the issue.

I missed the closing date and it was stressful although I have been advised that everything will go smoothly. However I appreciate Courtney involvement, he always responded and answered my calls and tried to help the best he can.
