Helpful and nice
excellent communication, always available by text or phone to answer our questions, honest and fair
We used Craig for two loans and one refi and he has always been honest and takes his time to answer questions.

Robin was fantastic. Communication was constant and she was incredibly patient with us. As first-time home buyers, we didn't know much about the process and were a bit nervous, but she made us feel comfortable every step of the way!
Communication was great, the process was very easy, felt very comfortable during the whole process, if I had questions they were answered quickly and intelligently. Was over all great experience
