Contacting the agent proved difficult once engaged despite sending emails and leaving voicemail requesting updates. I was promised updates at certain times and did not receive them. Calling to just provide a status of "we're still waiting on......

The loan process went fairly smoothly, there were a few hiccups, but overall great. We were able to meet all the dates to close, and closing went smoothly.
