early on the people were not responsive and often dropped the ball, Kris stayed with it until completion but whoever stated the process was not very attentive!

Hi Harban, its unfortunate that you had a bad experience. You were shopping with many lenders until the last minute and our offer was the leading one from the beginning. Unfortunately, since you put your loan on hold with us for over 30 days the rate expired and the current market went up dramatically. When you finally revisited finishing the loan with us the pricing was worse and there was nothing we can do so we funded your loan with the relocked pricing. With the way the market is moving currently, if we don't close in the time your rate is locked, the terms will be worse and this is what happened. From day 1 our terms were more competitive, but you chose to keep comparing terms and your rate expired.
