The communication was AMAZING! Even though I didn't represent the buyer, just being kept informed of where the loan was at throughout the whole purchase process was outstanding!

The communication was proactive. I did not have to hunt for information or make any follow up attempts to collect information. Everyone was extremely courteous and customer service was obviously a priority.
