    I only listed my experience as OK because the originally assigned loan office was let go in the middle of my transaction. I only had limited interaction with Caroline and that limited time was fine and I have no complaints.

    They forced close on the end of the month so that I would have my first payment sooner. She was dishonest about the rate lock, poor communication, they did not balance my loan disclosure properly making an already stressful day (closing) horrible. I ...read more
