Communication is key and Carlos did very good at that. Carlos needs a raise for the type of professionalism he has and the determination he has to help out a fellow veteran.

The whole journey I did not feel that my business was appreciated and some of the communication was perceived as belittling. The market is tough at the moment and would have expected a better and more personable service.
