Better communication and responding to phone calls I was new to this and had a lot of questions. They were very good at responding to emails tho. I also had to 2 different loan processors and 2 different lending agents.

Brett was so helpful throughout the whole process! He made sure that my husband & I knew exactly what to do and when everything was happening. I highly recommend him!

Man if it was t for Brett I would no doubt still be renting for probably the remainder of my life. He helped me pushed me in a positive manner to get out and get my dream. And I am finally able to go to sleep at night thinking I’m not a failure...

Brett made the experience stress-free and communicated effectively with me and the entire team (realtors, etc). The only criticism I have is regarding the loan processor who seemed disorganized and the communications were sometimes confusing....
