Better communication, no false promises, compensation for not closing on time, not having to relay information and documentation several times, receiving false information pertaining to VA Loan, personnel accountable for mistakes, and timeliness...

I first contacted Amerisave about a mortgage loan on August 3, 2023. Bradley Fox was my loan officer. He had the deal processed, notarized and funded by August 18, 2023. Brad spent hours on the phone talking me through every step of the process....
