Good communication and follow up

Ben was extremely flexible and patient with us during the buying process. There were many times we needed different pre-approval letters for houses back to back and Ben delivered.

Proactive communication from the loan team could have been better. Just emails about the portal were insufficient. I submitted all paperwork as rapidly as possible but action wasn’t taken until last second to meet closing.

Staying informed on status

Ben was professional and helpper throughout the process. It was investment loan and he was able to get decent rates. Process took about 45 days but i would recommend to give yourself another week or so on top of the 45 days when you set the...
