We were founded in 1986 on the basis of education and that emphasis has been the cornerstone of our success throughout our history. Roland Weedon, our president was a former teacher in England (county of Essex) before moving to the states to start a family. When he came to the states to start a family, he began a new career in the mortgage industry but he did not lose sight of his teaching roots.
Helping to educate borrowers on their financial options instead of telling them what to do helped foster positive and long lasting relationship.

Some of our employees having been with us 5, 10 and even 20+ years! Their dedication shows in their interaction with everyone we work with, doing what's best for the borrower and not our bottom line.
