    Communication would have been great…there were many times I didn’t receive information until the last minute causing multiple extensions on our closing. It was very unprofessional.

    I hate as the seller's agent you feel that you didn't receive the information you needed from us the lender. Our client is the buyer, who was fully aware of everything needed for their loan. Unfortunately, we have a duty to limit the information given to the seller and their agent, unless given permission from our client. For good reason some tasks we don't want to relay as it could affect mindsets. Thankfully the loan did close and the buyer did give a 5-star rating based on the hard we provided, making their dream of homeownership could come true.

    A loan officer that actually communicated what was going on and didn’t lie and tell us we have the CTC when we did not.

I am glad we had a cleared to close and was able to close our transaction.
