Lack of communication. Loan was suppose to settle over 45 days ago. Andre and the loan officer really didn't communicate on what the issues were.

Without a doubt the most stress free purchase. Communication and overall follow ups were excellent. I will refer this company to friends and family and will do business with them again in the near future.
