I never received any direct phone call from Scott in during the 80 days process outside of the automated emails. My son-in law was the only one who helped me understand the more complex requests. If it was;nt for him, I would have cancelled this loan...read more

Your son in law was the processor on your loan and asked me not to contact you after the application was taken. He said he would take care of all communication. He was the sole reason your loan took as long as it did and why he was terminated from AFN after less than 90 days. Please do not rate me on your Son-in-laws Lack of performance, communication, and professionalism.
