Since I had limited direct contact with you all, I have nothing negative to say. It was a referral and the referral was main vehicle for communications or updates on the stages of the loan application. Overall, pretty good I guess

Keith thank you for taking the time to leave me a review. It was a pleasure to close this transaction before contract date. While we had almost no direct phone call communication. I did introduce myself to you before the offer was placed, I made a second call once we had the association approved and all along the loan process you recieved email notifications of loan milestone updates. My team and I made it a point to keep you aware of our status. It is unfortunate that your rating of my services and delivery is of 3 stars, as we strive for 5 in all transactions and make a strong effort to get us closed 2 days before contract closing dates with a focus on keeping you updated.
