    Advice on what is the best route to take would have been helpful. We only knew of one way to proceed. A friend asked me why we didn't do a home equity loan, I didn't know that was even an option. We don't know much about mortgages.

    Jeremy was great. He took all my calls immediately and promptly responded to text messages. He left an NBA basketball game to take my call. That’s customer service that is rare these days.
