Personal commitment to professional excellence, coupled with a strong desire to help others, is the common thread among the Loan Officers at NOVA. We often hear that the experiences that our clients have working with NOVA are far superior to those encountered at other lending institutions. NOVA HOME LOANS has served the needs of homeowners and homebuyers since 1980. We are able to originate loans in 12 states. In 2001, we merged our flexibility as a mortgage broker with the efficient service of a mortgage banker & broker to create a better way of lending. Loan applications are handled in-house from start to finish - eliminating the need to ship your application around the country for underwriting, approval and document preparation.
