    Thanks for the candid feedback. Lesson learned stay in my lane versus having a client have an unpleasant experience. Next time I will be sure to say no to a 203k Rehab loan which as mentioned isn't my expertise but still AFN closed a loan type in less than 45 days involving contractors, buyers, agents, and title company, which no lender can honestly say they would have agreed to do and make sure you were not homeless.
