Thank you for the feed back. I do want to say that we discussed the points over the phone and you decided you did not want to take advantage of the lowest rate due to not wanting to pay points. I apologize for any confusion that you may have had with how rates work. I should have taken the extra time to explain it better. You did receive 4 sets of Loan estimates so any changes that you would have wanted to make with the rate or points we could have made. The cost of points are on every estimate emailed out during the process. Again I do apologize for any information you felt you did not receive. It was a pleasure working with you on this.
