    Hello~ Thank you so much ~ you both were so nice to work with. I just wanted to assure you I have an "excellence rule" which is to get back with our clients within 2 hours and solve any issues within 2 days- I always hope the clients feel TLC with our concierge service -picking up all documents ect. Unfortunately, two.. 3'd party events were 100% completely out of my control; the appraiser and the notary. Both delayed your loan and I am truly am sorry for this. This COVID season brought on a challenge within the industry - appraisers are very - very behind. Then the notary was in Texas- where we could not overlook their work - they forgot to have you sign the electronic funds transfer, which then title had to overnight FED EX you the funds, instead of an EFT. I thank you again and really appreciated your timely communication! I hope to meet again!
