Hi Savannah, I apologize for not doing better to instill confidence in you and Drew as we worked towards the purchase of your home. In the beginning, I was told by multiple underwriters that this loan would be difficult and would likely not close. I didn't agree with their rationale and felt like your work history and financial profile made you strong candidates for homeownership. It has always been my practice to maintain transparency with my customers in regards to the loan process and the hurdles likely to be faced. I do this so that all parties are well informed and prepared. I am thrilled that we "landed the plane" and got through closing despite the challenges that arose. Again, I am thankful for your patience throughout. In the future, I will do better to communicate more confidently.
