I believe that effort beats talent when talent doesn't work hard. I started in the mortgage industry as an entry level customer service agent. I ended up breaking and setting company records every day my first week, which led me to be the fastest promotion to loan officer in the company. While studying for the federal exam I continued to be the #1 agent in the nation and earned multiple awards because of it. When I took the federal exam I scored a 93% on my first attempt, again setting the company record.
