Hello, I'm Dave Naber, a lifelong Boulder resident. Boulder real estate has certainly grown and changed in my lifetime. There are so many different types of homes for sale in Boulder these days. You can choose from Historic Boulder homes, new Downtown Boulder lofts, traditional homes in established Boulder neighborhoods, and eclectic homes all around the Boulder area. Moving from one Boulder home to another? Relocating to Boulder? There are many choices for your new residence. I have been helping clients with their Boulder real estate needs for the past 21 years. As a Boulder native, I have experienced first-hand the local culture and lifestyle that has made and kept Boulder such a special place to live. I fondly recall walking on Pearl Street in Downtown Boulder before it became the multifaceted urban center that it is today. Boulder was a smaller town then, but in many ways it hasn't changed. Despite having grown into a cosmopolitan city that attracts visitors and new residents from all over the globe, it has retained a small-town feel. It's a place where people know their neighbors, and the scenery remains untouched from development along Boulder's open-space buffer. I have lived in many of Boulder's various neighborhoods throughout my life. I attended the local Boulder schools from kindergarten through high school, and I am a CU alumnus. These lifelong ties afford me a vast knowledge of Boulder and the surrounding areas. I have a strong background in and ties to Boulder's neighborhoods, local economy, history, economic future — and its vibrant housing inventory. I have the pulse on Boulder's politics and developments, and I am well-connected and familiar with a reliable network of Boulder's local mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and title insurance providers. It's nice to give new life to an older structure that has long since passed its prime.
